I am back to share a cute project idea - 6 x6 inch kirigami gift boxes. These are great for any time of year. I had fun playing with the Blue Fern's Heartland and Homespun collections, plus their gorgeous flowers, lace, adhesive shapes (that coordinate with the paper collections)... and of course chipboard (the clock is from the love story accents).
Here is a close-up of the first box... The only thing used from my "stash" is a paper doily.
Here is a close-up of the second box... On the clock chipboard (from the love story accents), I simply dabbed ink to leave expose raw chipboard showing. Sometimes less is more on some projects and a simple technique is perfect to suit the design style.
